Joe Micoletti, the salesman, was not aggressive, was very patient and kind, and took unlimited time explaining everything about the Forester. After we purchased the Forester, he took us on a tour of the parts and service departments and introduced us to the managers of these departments. They gave us a recycling bag and mug, as an expression of Subaru's commitment to the environment. Terry Iseminger, the General Sales Manager, was also extremely friendly and generous. The professionalism, calm atmosphere, and true caring about customer satisfaction puts Tucson Subaru far above any of the other dealerships in Tucson. More
