I called first thing Monday AM. Had my vehicle at the dealer by 10 AM and picked it up at 2:30. I asked for a discount to service my front brakes and was very happy with my price and results. Excellent all the time I leased a White Special Edition ILX. My current sales person is David MacDonald. David has been excellent with taking care of the details and makin I leased a White Special Edition ILX. My current sales person is David MacDonald. David has been excellent with taking care of the details and making sure that I, as a customer am happy with the service. When I schedule a service visit, and run into him at the dealership, he always ask if I am satisfied with the service, and seems to be aware of what the service department is working on. We've had a few issues, a recall, a broken seat trim that did not want to stay in place (several times), and the break handle cover boot getting a worn spot with only 15,000 miles. All these things are minor, but not desired on a new car. In all the concerns and maintenance service Clayton Prescott has been excellent with taking care of the details, as he knows I am meticulous about the car;s appearance and service. My first sales person was Adam Hannah, a wonderful friendly man who also took great detail to make sure I was a happy customer. His kindness won us over immediately. Due to the personal care, service, and followup I went back to the dealership to Dave MacDonald with my son and leased an all black ILX. Dave was meticulous in making sure the car was the right fit, the lease was in our budget and most importantly that we comfortable with the car and our expectations. When the car came in from another dealership I believe Ed Chandler did the detailing prior to our taking possession of the car. We as a family are very happy with Dave MacDonald, Acura Columbus and all the service team members. Thank you, John More

Another Great experience I have been bringing my cars to Acura Columbus for service for years, first an NSX, then a Honda CR-V. They have treated me so well over the years tha I have been bringing my cars to Acura Columbus for service for years, first an NSX, then a Honda CR-V. They have treated me so well over the years that when it came time to get a new car, they were the obvious first choice for me. Steve Ault did a great job explaining the features and pros and cons of every model I considered and made the buying process seamless. Acura Columbus was a customer of mine for years before I sold my business earlier this year, and I have had nothing but great experiences in every interaction I have had over the years. I consider many on the staff to be friends. Thanks again for exceeding my expectations More

Noteworthy Honda Corporate/Acura Columbus Service Support Major root cause of "rattle noise" was ascertained with suspension system (left strut). Although vehicle was beyond manufacturer's warranty covera Major root cause of "rattle noise" was ascertained with suspension system (left strut). Although vehicle was beyond manufacturer's warranty coverage (60,000 miles), Terry Nader worked with Honda Corporate support team (April Blank-800-382-2238 X87233)) to reach a fair and reasonable settlement on sharing of repair cost. Most noteworthy, though, is that Terry did test ride after repair and identified additional problem with right strut. He really went "the extra mile" with the test drive to ensure that the vehicle was completely ready for my safe use. He communicated with and secured approval from Honda/Acura corporate to include this 2nd strut repair under the previously reached agreement. In general, I was very pleased that Honda/Acura Columbus treated me fairly in the settlement. I truly appreciated Terry's personal support of my position and his diligence to ensure that the vehicle was in complete working order before its release to me. Also, both the interior and the exterior of vehicle was especially clean at time of pick up. More
