I was in Koons at 8:30 AM. They finished the tire change at 12:30 PM. On my way home. The very tired that was changed went flat. Thomas was very knowledgeable and courteous . He took care of my car needs and kept me informed. No issues with the service advisor, it’s your prices that are too high even with the discount.
