I was in Koons at 8:30 AM. They finished the tire change at 12:30 PM. On my way home. The very tired that was changed went flat. You couldn’t ask for a better dealership to work with I have bought three or four cars from Koons by now easy to deal with all the time service department. Thomas was very knowledgeable and courteous . He took care of my car needs and kept me informed. No issues with the service advisor, it’s your prices that are too high even with the discount. My coupon said $84.00 for oil and the rotation was a separate price and the missing lug knots were $12.00 a piece and I ended up paying $250 plus change. Ludicrous and I have coming for over 20 years……Wow….. More

David Letourneau and the entire service staff at Koons Chevy in White Marsh are first class. The customer service experience is unmatched. From the moment you arrive, their communication throughout the Chevy in White Marsh are first class. The customer service experience is unmatched. From the moment you arrive, their communication throughout the entire process, you feel as if their entire team has your back. It's not always fun having to bring a car in for service...life disruption, work, kids, etc. David and the Koons staff get that and make sure they alleviate as much of that stress as possible from start to finish. I bought my car with this team and serviced it here. I will not go anywhere else given the respect and treatment they show their customers. David, thank you and the entire Koons team. More
