Richard has been one of the best support professsionals we have encountered with anything we have interacted in a retail setup ever. He helped us with our new Lexus vehicle the first day by orienting us to all the new features and was extremely polite and patient with us throughout. We were always treated with respect, kindness and professional. The GLC, which we wanted, was a bit difficult to obtain, as we had a particular color in mind. Tom Knobloch Jr. was able to find and get it for us. Robert Lisi explained the new Features very well, we used a few on the way home and found that all was as he said, just like the last time. He is a professional at his Job. I want to thank Tom Sr. for the personal touch, Tom Jr. for handling the aquisition and all the rest. As well a thanks to Robert for being patient and clear in his explanations. The Car is great, Mercedes-Benz is the Place to get a great Vehicle with a personal touch. More
