We were always treated with respect, kindness and professional. The GLC, which we wanted, was a bit difficult to obtain, as we had a particular color in mind. Tom Knobloch Jr. was able to find and get it for us. Robert Lisi explained the new Features very well, we used a few on the way home and found that all was as he said, just like the last time. He is a professional at his Job. I want to thank Tom Sr. for the personal touch, Tom Jr. for handling the aquisition and all the rest. As well a thanks to Robert for being patient and clear in his explanations. The Car is great, Mercedes-Benz is the Place to get a great Vehicle with a personal touch. More
