Any issues I might have had either in sales or service over the years I just purchased my 3rd Outback from A&T. Overall this dealership is excellent. Any issues I might have had either in sales or service over the years were handled in a fair and reasonable manner. This was my first purchase without Val "Shake "N Bake" Schakenbach as the Salesman but Tom Merritt handled the job admirably. I enjoy A&T because everyone is approachable and answer questions honestly from the top Jeff Allen and Joe Fost on down. As in any business they are in business to make money. Just remember everything is negotiable, do your homework, and you will end up with a fair deal. More

We never felt pressured or rushed in any way and Tom was very knowledgeable about all the aspects of the vehicle we were purchasing. Tom was patient too especially with me since I have not purchased a car in 15 years! He made the transition very smooth and easy for me. Philip, the sales manager, was also very pleasant to deal with and made the deal happen. Between our daughter and us, this is our 3rd purchase of a vehicle from this dealership (my husband purchased a new vehicle at this dealership in 2009 and my daughter a used Subaru a couple years ago). We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family and be back ourselves in the future. More

I initially spoke to an A & T employee (Ann) in another department (franchise) and she w My wife and I visited 3 Subaru dealers. A & T are the best. I initially spoke to an A & T employee (Ann) in another department (franchise) and she went to the trouble to get answers for me on a busy Saturday afternoon when I suppose the Subaru specialists were busy. She called me back within 10 minutes with answers and followed up the next morning with a voice mail. Because of that help, we went to the store and then it was easy breezy. Tom helped us from start to finish and Phil filled in the gaps. Daniele was organized and efficient with the paperwork. Then Stephen gave us the info tour on our new Outback Touring model. Tom has since followed up to make the total experience easy and enjoyable. We have our own retail business and we pride ourselves on having a friendly, honest and easy relationship with our customers. A & T does too. More

Fast and Friendly Service Just purchased a new Subaru Forester 2.5i Touring from A & T Subaru in Sellersville PA. The entire process could not have been more pleasant starting Just purchased a new Subaru Forester 2.5i Touring from A & T Subaru in Sellersville PA. The entire process could not have been more pleasant starting with my sales associate, Tom Merritt, who acted in a friendly and low pressure manner throughout my whole buying experience. Tom took the time to explain all the aspects of the car I was interested in. He never tried to "up-sales" me and when I made my decision, he was able to locate just the car I wanted in less than 12 hours. He even called me on his day off to get the wheels in motion since he knew I needed a car right away. When I arrived the next morning to complete the transaction the car was waiting. All I needed to do was see the finance associate, Tony Galinski, who painlessly waked me through all the paperwork required to finalize the purchase. Tony explained each form that needed to be signed in a simple, understandable manner and never attempted to pressure me into buying any additional coverage that I didn't think was necessary. I was then introduced to A & T's tech wiz, Stephen Thuel, who painlessly walked me through how to use all accessories included in my new Forester. All the operating manuals looked intimidating, but Stephen demonstrated and explained all the primary features in a simple and user-friendly manner. I was also invited to come back in three weeks to have any additional questions answered and was told to call at any time with any other questions. All in all, Tom, Tony and Stephen provided me an excellent car buying experience. I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in purchasing a new car from A & T Subaru. More
