Didn't communicate that they needed too keep the vehicle overnight. When they did call me back the next day they had not worked on my vehicle and were going to charge me double the quoted price to install a overnight. When they did call me back the next day they had not worked on my vehicle and were going to charge me double the quoted price to install a factory lift kit. Then after going to finally get my vehicle (with no lift installed because they said they needed it for several more days and would not honor their original quote) they refused to load the lift kit that i had ordered because it was "too heavy". I kind worker from the parts depertment overheard this and came to the rescue so we loded it ourselves. My experience with the parts team and sales team (because i bought the jeep there) has always been amazing. Unfortunately, I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back for service. More

Hi believe that I’ve already wrote something but there is something I would like to add. After I signed the papers, it was late in the evening before we were done with the paperwork. So when I got home, I sat down and read the paperwork that I had just signed. There was quite a few things included that I did not say before I signed one being that that car was AS IS I was not told that it was so I was all upset over that also the car had a owners manual in there, so I started looking at it. I also in the paperwork it said something about Carfax and so I opened up Carfax and it said that the car had a recall on the vehicle, which was supposed to be power steering recall. I was not polled about this either until I got home. Also looking at paperwork it showed that it hadn’t had a oil change or a tire rotation done for almost a year. I was not aware of that either… I have been waiting for my plate to put on a car to come in so I called to find out when they should be in and was told that they are already there so I was not notified. I do not know if this will do any good to send this, but I am going to Shannon. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to explain my feelings. Thank you. My name is Kathy Phelps.
