Leased a vehicle from this dealership in 2020 when it was located in Duarte. Returned my leased vehicle 2 years later (back when used cars were in short supply) to their new location in Van Nuys. Salesman who facilitated my lease return told me one thing and the lender something else, which delayed the return process i.e. lender claimed the vehicle wasn't returned when it was actually at the dealership. When confronted, the salesman lied about what he told the lender. Idiot didn't realize lender recorded their conversation with him. People like him are why used cars salesmen deserve their slimy reputation. More
