All of the dealership staff are friendly, helpful and really care for their customers! They are great to work with and will give you a fair price for your trade in and make the experience easy for all. I really care for their customers! I can’t say enough good things about them and their entire staff, especially Keith Key. He is a true joy to work with. I thought Bryan, Tim and Arlene were just great to work with. Tim told me everything i needed to know about my corvette. He was efficient, very knowledgeable, very nice and a pleasure to talk to. Tim told me what i need and don't need and didn't try to sell me something i didn't want. That was very appreciated. My mind was set up on a coup and i asked Tim why he got a convertible and not a coup. Though it was $7500 more for a convertible, Tim showed me why he got a convertible and i'm so grateful he did. Because it is one of the most beautiful cars i ever had. Ditto for Bryan. He was so knowledgeable and helpful on how to operate my corvette. Also, ditto for Arlene. What a pretty, sweet and very smart woman who showed me all the electronics i needed to know. In closing, Tony, Bryan, Tim and Arlene, i want to be honest with all of you. I have never met a group of people at a dealership like i have at Weber Chevrolet who was so honest, knowledgeable, very nice and kind and most of all, a great sense of humor. He helped us though the ordering process. On the day we purchased our new Blazer,Arlene walked us through the features of our new SUV as well as OnStar and XM Radio. Weber Chevrolet has quite a team!
