So much for buying a New Car At RCHill. Buyer beware as these folks are not your friends after the Sale and there radio commercials say they will pay 4-6 k over blue book value is false. Not even that advertised added value and a 3 k MFG rebate would help me trade up with RCHill. I received no follow up calls and was rudely spoken to by there Rep after several calls. I was misrepresented by James Wheeler on the value held on this vehical and Tim the Sales manager would not return my repeated calls. More

He was very friendly and professional. He wasn't shy or distracted. He even came to work on his day off in order to help. The General sales manager was also very helpful. Both of them went above and beyond to help me out.
