I bought a new car on 12-1-2020. I hate to admit but I was impressed at first. They seemed caring and concerned but I learned too late that it was a con job. I was vulnerable since my husband had died a f was impressed at first. They seemed caring and concerned but I learned too late that it was a con job. I was vulnerable since my husband had died a few months earlier. The salesman was okay but two managers were falling all over themselves pretending they were giving me extras at no cost. After looking at the paperwork I discovered that the “free” oil changes cost $800 and a service contract was $1200. When I questioned this, they double talked and said they had to account for giving me more for my two trade ins and I was given some money back. I kept the service contract since I’m alone and don’t want to chance high repair bills. I asked the manager for a copy of the contract and he did nothing! I had to call someone else to get the copy! Recently I needed paperwork to show my husband’s trade in because I was notified by the DMV that this car was uninsured and they would suspend my license! I asked for the paperwork that I should have received in the first place and got NO REPLY. Tim Hagen completely ignored me. Emailed another person and they ignored me. Had to call and leave voicemail and no returned call. Really aggravated at this point! I finally connected with Debbie who was a great help and immediately emailed the purchase order showing what I traded in. I am grateful for her but hope I never have to deal with this sales department again. They certainly changed and showed their true colors after they sold me the car. So much for customer service after the sale! I’m disappointed and disgusted! More

Honestly, I don't like going to dealerships because I feel everyone tries to pull you into something that is not reasonable. He let us look at several options of what we were looking for and broke down the financial aspect of our sale.
