I bought my 2020 X3 as as demo model. Tom there sold it to us. Great experience. Brought it back with in a couple a month for a problem with the infotainment system. They couldn’t get the Tom there sold it to us. Great experience. Brought it back with in a couple a month for a problem with the infotainment system. They couldn’t get the part so the repair was temporary. Since owning the car this problem is still not resolved. The part is on back order. They never let me know anything about progress. I called him they don’t call me. My representative is Vince he is weak on every level. I push for this resolution more than they do. I would never suggest buying a car there. Sorry BMW of Darien. Sales people Tom was great, but that’s a one time experience. It’s the service that makes up your owning the a repeat experience. More

It took the dealership 7 hours to diagnose that my car has an air flow issue. My 17 year old grandson diagnosed that in 10 minutes. I dropped the car off at 9 and retort 3:45. This dealership is fantastic but I’m specifically writing about Tim Haines who is been my sales rep since moving to Connecticut in 2019. Tim is extremely honest, responsive, thoughtful, detail oriented and i about Tim Haines who is been my sales rep since moving to Connecticut in 2019. Tim is extremely honest, responsive, thoughtful, detail oriented and is a great representation for the car in the street and BMW. I am actually leaving the Bmw family to go electric with Tesla and knowing that, Tim has still been all of the characteristics I mentioned above and then some through until the end. So much so that I felt strongly to write this review and let other people know about him. if you were in the Fairfield County area and looking for a new car, I strongly suggest reaching out to Tim and having him help you navigate the options at BMW of Darien.
