I was impressed by the service but was disappointed that when I got in car it smelled of gas . Called and they said smell would go away in a week if not call them back. My CR-V was serviced yesterday as I needed a tuneup. Tim Islip was my service person. He was kind and thoughtful. I lost my job because of covid and he was able to help me save a few dollars. Herb Chambers Honda has always been terrific to work with - sales and service - great communicators .. even though I now live 90 minutes away, and there is a Honda dealer 10 minutes from my new home ... Tim explained that once they diagnosed the problem with our car, they had to order the part and would then schedule an appointment to make the necessary repair.
