I have been in there many times for the same issues. Had my radio replaced the time before this and I believe it wasn’t wired correctly or all the way. When I explained that a local station takes close Had my radio replaced the time before this and I believe it wasn’t wired correctly or all the way. When I explained that a local station takes close to 20 seconds to come in now they wouldn’t fix it and suggested that I turn the HD off of my radio instead!! Also now when I am on the phone talking thru Bluetooth, the person comes through staticky at times, like I am in a bad area and have a bad signal, which would also make me think the wiring isn’t correct on the radio. They did not want to fix anything because there was no code. VERY disappointed in how they won’t fix it. I wish they didn’t mess with the radio before. I feel my car is a lemon more because of this dealership and them not wanting to actually fix things. I have a reoccurring issue that is an intermittent issue that they will only fix with a code. They have replaced the same part a few times, which to me shows that it’s a wiring harness issue, but would rather the car be a lemon than actually fix it correctly. I dread going there. More
