I had a problem with the blind spot monitor/rear traffic alert which was very difficult to diagnose. The service department and Jake McLean went through the proper procedures to correct it. I just drove home in my new VW Atlas Cross Sport and loved it. Tim Notarianni was my sales contact. He was amazing. He came through with everything we discussed over the phone. I was in and out of the dealership in less than one hour. There were no changes to my deal and everything was ready for me upon my arrival. Tim was very straight forward and a true pleasure to deal with. There was no non-sense with him or at the dealership. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with the purchase of a vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Tim and his finance manager Jason Hartman.
