Unusual experience here. It took 3 separate trips back to dealer to get a 40K service done. They took care of me and provided a loaner for my troubles but I expect more from a dealer to get things right to dealer to get a 40K service done. I liked my son's Golf, so he suggested that I go to North Penn VW and talk to Tim Notarianni. Over the years my son had bought (3) VWs from him and was very pleased with them and Tim. So that was the first place I headed. Tim was everything that my son said. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was interested in what I wanted. I took the Golf for a ride, and couldn't help but be impressed at how quiet and smoothly it rode. I also liked the safety features it offered. (Secretly I fell in love with the car.) But...I had two other types of cars I wanted to check out--just to see what was out there. Sheepishly I told Tim that. He was very nice about it, no pressure which I appreciated. A couple days later I called him to say I wanted the Golf, nothing else measured up. He got me the color I liked and the sale went very easily. Needless to say "I love my Golf!" More
