I recently bought a 2017 Golf Alltrack from this dealer. My salesperson was Tim Notarianni. Me being at college make it difficult for me to come home to purchase a vehicle given that there is always uncerta My salesperson was Tim Notarianni. Me being at college make it difficult for me to come home to purchase a vehicle given that there is always uncertainty when going to look at a vehicle. I was worried that I would drive 5 hours home only for the car to be a rust bucket or to have damage that was not disclosed in the description or CarFax. This was not the case. Tim assured me that the car was in perfect condition and replied quickly to each of my countless emails. When I made the decision to go home to drive the car and buy it, Tim began to get everything ready for me. By the time I and my father got to the dealership to take delivery, most of the paperwork had been done already, and we were able to get out in less than a half-hour, which is hard to say for most dealers. Upon arriving home, I went inside to get some things to put in the car, I started the car, and nothing happened. I had an EPC light and a check engine light on. Immediately I'm thinking something bad is wrong because of the EPC light. So we called Tim and he told us that it was probably a battery. To help fix this problem for us (because I had to leave the next morning to go back to school) he took time out of his evening with his family to go to his house, grab a brand new spare battery that he had, drive all the way to my house, and install the new battery for me. It solved the problem, the car started up fine and has been running smoothly ever since. To add on top of it, the car was certified used, and part of the certification process is to check the battery life and condition. To ease our minds about the certification process he is going to have the dealership recertify the car (go back over and double-check and inspect the car) when I get back home from school for the summer. Overall, this dealership is good, but Tim made my and my father's experience's amazing and easy (my father also bought a car from him). More
