I came to McCluskey Chevrolet to get an oil change. I was very pleased to know that they would be able to get my car serviced after my evening classes. When I arrived the gentleman who checked me in was extr very pleased to know that they would be able to get my car serviced after my evening classes. When I arrived the gentleman who checked me in was extremely friendly. My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time and the cashier was friendly as well. She took the time to explain different policies and make me aware of future service needs. I greatly appreciate the customer service I received at this location. More

I am a Saturn Vue owner and was very leary of going to a new dealership for anything. But McLuskey kings AutoMall Service dept has totally changed my mind. The Service department made me feel very welcome a new dealership for anything. But McLuskey kings AutoMall Service dept has totally changed my mind. The Service department made me feel very welcome and addressed all my cars issues with a smile and a complete explination as to what was to be done then what was done. I will continue to use them for all of my service needs and will look here 1st for a new car when I am ready. The times I was in for service thet drove with me to assure that they knew exactly what I was meaning. then after they fixed it they went back out with me to assure me it was fixed to my satisfaction. They have gone above what ever the Saturn dealer I went to did. I am now a true Chevy customer. I have never met with a sales staff. but if they are anything like the service department they will have my business. I had bought 6 cars from Kings Saturn in the past and will feel comgfortable dealing with McCluskey from here on out. the quality of the work was TOP notch. everyone was very helpful. We had a unsatisfactory situation with the service department but it has been resolved beyond our expectaions. Mike Kelsey went out of his way to make sure that all of our problems were taken care of department but it has been resolved beyond our expectaions. The service I had at MCcluskey was exceptional and they were very accomadating to the need that I needed. They also gave me all the possible options that were avaiable within my price range. We have had several issues with our new Equinox and we always deal with Karl in the service center at the McCluskey automall. He is very professional and quick to meet the needs we have. Times when we pic always deal with Karl in the service center at the McCluskey automall. He is very professional and quick to meet the needs we have. Times when we pick up our car and Karl is not there, he will call the next day to make sure everything went well. As is not unusual with new vehicles, there have been some electrical problems with the 2010 Silverado that I just bought so I have had to take it to the Reading Rd. service shop several times. Each time, Ke electrical problems with the 2010 Silverado that I just bought so I have had to take it to the Reading Rd. service shop several times. Each time, Kelly Sutliff has been my Service Advisor and Nick Rafanan has been the Mechanic working on the truck. After several times having to bring the same vehicle back for service, I normally would not be too pleased. But Kelly never gave me the option of not being satisfied. After the very first visit, she knew my name, she knew what issues there were with the truck, and the scheduling of appointments was not based on when the shop had openings. It was based on whenever was convenient for me. Complete satisfaction was the only option that she was going to allow me to leave with. And how she keeps her upbeat mood given the 20 directions I watched her being pulled in continuously while I was there, is something that is truly amazing. Now many mechanics would not appreciate having a customer watching over their shoulder while they work. Nick was quite the opposite. I was curious to see what he was doing and how he was removing different parts of the interior of the truck. He not only allowed me to observe, but he took the time to explain each of his steps as well as educated me on many of the changes (and reasons behind them) that this 2010 Silverado had vs. my previous 2001 Silverado. There really is only one reason that a customer would continue to come back to a specific dealership (in my case, it has been 22 years now). It isn't gimmicks, it isn't low priced advertisements with a lot of small print. It is because personnel such as these two really do care about making their customers completely satisfied and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. More

Bob Burnett is great to work with. He always responds promptly and comes to see me in person for paperwork requirements (we lease company vehicles through him). Just a really good person to deal with. On the service side, seems a little on the pricey side. Considering local shops to save some money. More

I like with working Karl because he remembers name and always makes me feel welcomed, the pricing is good and and the service follow up is excellent. McCluskey was a pleasure to work with. They handled the details with the insurance company, which made it easy for me. The location was convenient, the people were friendly and helpful, and they did a very details with the insurance company, which made it easy for me.
