He answered our questions, followed our order every step of the way, and spent a lot of time going over the features and operation of our new car. He absolutely lives up to his name - he's "Sterling"! And Jenn Bowen, who took care of all the paperwork we needed to sign, was also friendly, very capable, and a great representative of the dealership.
