We have never owned a Subaru. The dealership is far superior to any dealership we have been to. Our salesman Kyler was excellent. Very kind, patient and knowledgeable. This is my 3rd Subaru that I have purchased. From the minute I walked in the door, I actually was able to walk in the door and not get hounded by sales people, I was treated as a person and not From the minute I walked in the door, I actually was able to walk in the door and not get hounded by sales people, I was treated as a person and not as a potential sale. Dave listened to my concerns and suggested great vehicles and I was able to test drive them all to make sure I got the one that was going to work best for me. After my purchase, the GM approached, sat down with me, and personally thanked me and we had a small conversation. That is a first in all my car buying experiences. Dave introduced me to Tina, who would then call me in a few weeks to set up a time to go over all the features of the car, another first. Dave was able to go over the basic features of the car and paring my phone for Bluetooth and hands free. I didn’t leave with a bad taste in my mouth but with one that made me feel like a valuable customer and that they would have done everything to make sure I got what I wanted without the pressure. More

From our first contact with Mark Mauer the General Manager to the exceptional service we received from Kyler Schmie, our Sales Associate.The entire process was friendly, attentive and highly professional. I sincerely can’t imagine how buying a new car could have gone any smoother and with less stress. Even after we took our car home, there was follow up to be sure we were satisfied, not something you experience very often. This organization is a class act and I will be strongly recommending them to my family and friends. We have only had the car a few days but we already feel a part of the Subaru family. Kyler is absolutely amazing and I will 100% be recommending him specifically at the Surprise Subaru Superstore. Kyler was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable about all Subaru vehicles (as well as other vehicles, as he was able to compare things to my old car). Dealing with Dave Castillo and everyone else we interacted with at Subaru of Surprise, was like a breath of fresh air. An added difficulty was that we live about 2 hours away - so all our shopping was done remotely. Dave made is so easy for us! He located a vehicle we were having difficulty locating, sent pictures, documentation, and answered every question we asked - all by phone, text, or email. We are loving our new 2022 Subaru Outback with exactly every option I was looking for! You can trust this team! More

I will only ever deal with Subaru Superstore of either Chandler or Surprise. Because neither had the new vehicle I needed, I reached out to several other Subaru dealers. One dealer had huge markups and Chandler or Surprise. Because neither had the new vehicle I needed, I reached out to several other Subaru dealers. One dealer had huge markups and dealer installed items which were mandatory even though I did not want them and large deposits were required to “hold” a vehicle. Another dealer had a mix-up as to whether or not a used car was certified which ended up pitting one salesperson against another. Throughout the process of trying to find a new car, David Castillo kept in touch with me. And when a customer cancelled an order, he immediately let me know. There was never any pressure, the full price was disclosed and the markups were very few and inexpensive. He was always there to answer my questions and return phone calls. The two Superstores worked in tandem cooperating with each other, each trying to help me the customer find what I wanted. And as I learned from visiting other types of car dealers, huge markups and dealer add-ons for both new and used cars are the norm rather than the exception. So Subaru Superstore truly does stand out as an excellent place to buy a car. More
