Everyone there was excellent to work with, especially since we live in Pittsburgh, PA. My wife and I flew down on a Friday morning to finalize the deal. We were picked up at the airport, shuttled to the dealership, and then completed all the paperwork. The vehicle was in great condition and all the folks did an excellent job, especially the technology specialist (Rick Russell) who gave a great overview of the various features of the vehicle. Then we had a rather pleasant 1100 mile drive back to Pittsburgh in our "new" RX. Thanks especially to Howard Kent who went out of his way to make this purchase very smooth and easy. No small task when the customer is over 1000 miles away! Overall a great transaction. We would definitely make another trip south to get a vehicle like this! More

RX350 purchase From the time we pulled into the parking lot, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, including Kevin and Tina. Tina helped us sort through wh From the time we pulled into the parking lot, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, including Kevin and Tina. Tina helped us sort through what was available in all the price ranges. Kevin helped us sort through all those choices. After a test drive, the RX350 met our needs and pricing goals. Tina and Kevin worked together on the various credits and discounts to arrive at an affordable price -- better than buying a previoiusly owned vehicle. Eventually, all went well and we made it into see Kellie, who was very friendly and low pressure on any options we wished to purchase. The information technician went over all the operational details of the vehicle, including helping us old folks put apps on our phones and pair with the vehicle. Ensured we were aware of everything and how to operate it. However, like most car buying days, it was a very long process and took most of the day. If there was one area for improvement -- and not specific to this dealership, but all in general -- is to find ways to shorten the process to a more reasonable time frame than taking all day. It was a bit tiring at the end of the day. The dealership is fantastic in its facility and its personnel. Looking forward to taking advantage of all their extras -- especially the concierge service for getting the vehicle in for services. We live over 30 miles from the dealership, so it will be good to have them come pick up the vehicle for service. Honestly, it was easier to go north than to fight the traffic to go south to a closer dealership. In all, great service from a team of very nice folks. More
