the service department is poorly run, I have 5 recalls on my 2022 Bronco Wildtrak and want to get it scheduled for repairs and was told I would need to wait until there is a loaner available and this was a my 2022 Bronco Wildtrak and want to get it scheduled for repairs and was told I would need to wait until there is a loaner available and this was about a month ago. The service department is completely useless. I had to fix my own problems, and problems that THEY caused on my truck that’s under warranty. Now, my wifes brand new explorer has steering issue I had to fix my own problems, and problems that THEY caused on my truck that’s under warranty. Now, my wifes brand new explorer has steering issues. The steering is “sticking” and you have to pull it back to center anytime you make a small steering movement. At times, it’ll stick going around a curve. It’s dangerous. The dealers response? Cannot replicate. They couldn’t even fix the door that was sagging 1/4”. We had to bypass the service department and go straight to their collision center. It’s been a long and stressful 2 months fighting with them. More
