WOW the team at Klaben Ford really care With only 5000 miles, the front end of my 2016 Mustang was found to be out of alignment, and there was a vibration that the team diagnosed as a out o With only 5000 miles, the front end of my 2016 Mustang was found to be out of alignment, and there was a vibration that the team diagnosed as a out of balanced driveshaft. They ordered the replacement driveshaft and the 2 tires that were worn from the alignment problem. They were apologetic for the inconvenience for the time it took to get the parts and finish the repair. They are the BEST! More

Replaced rear 1/4 panel due to rust & repainted. The rust was bad on my driver side rear quarter panel and it needed to be replaced. The experience of the experts who worked on it were evident. The Managers helped me with any questions throughout. The new paint job is nearly invisible as they did an excellent job with blending. My car is '07. Even with the oxidation of 10 years in NEO, it's virtually invisible. I look forward to getting a thorough detail cleaning soon. More

Now I'm Happy, I love Klaben I called one day shortly after Christmas 2014 very upset because my car wouldn't start again. I had been dealing with Kim for a long time with car that whenever it got cold the battery would die. Seemed as though I couldn't do anything right with it. I begged to Kim to get me a salesman that would give me a good deal on a good car. She introduced me to Mike Cooney through Richard Klaben. They fit me into a car I liked and I have been very happy and bring my car only to Klaben Ford for all its services. More

Since that time, they have not only fixed the vehicle, but have gone above and beyond to inform me of any work that should be done and to make sure that I'm satisfied with the work. They are taking measures to improve their service and it shows. Ever since the incident, they have treated me fairly and with respect. My vehicle looks great now too! More
