Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on the phone yesterday. As you know when you brought your vehicle back in yesterday we were unable to verify any of your concerns while you were present. We tried duplicating the concerns yesterday afternoon with the same results, everything working as designed at this point. We have reached out to Ford engineering explaining your concerns and simply asking if there is any known issue that we should be aware of and are currently awaiting their reply. We try and cover all of our bases and options when we cannot verify a concern. We will stay in contact with you and keep you updated on what, if anything, we find. Mike VanHoose.

Hello Mr VanHoose, I appreciate the kind words and the care that has been taken to resolve this issue. But, I cannot afford to have any more issues with this truck. I almost missed a flight with my military training because the windshield wipers were inoperable but they eventually turned as I was turning around to go home and figure how I was going to get to my base. I've also had to take days off of work, just to bring the truck in for service. If I continue to have issues with this truck, I would like to sit down and discuss the option of turning in the truck and I will strongly consider taking my business to another dealership. My military career is too important and I can't jeopardize it with having multiple issues with a brand new vehicle. Feels free to contact me if you would like to discuss this further.
