Purchasing a car can be very stressful as there are many decisions to be made. Thus, it is important that the people you interact with at a dealer help you make good decisions. I recently stopped by Honda of Seekonk and met with Ryan Burns to discuss the purchase of a 2018 CR-V. I was considering an offer at another dealership for a 2017 CRV with low mileage, so I was undecided as to which way to go. Ryan worked with me to point out the pros and cons of each decision and highlighted things to consider that I didn't realize. Ultimately, the price differential and warranty considerations weighted heavily towards getting a 2108 CR-V. Throughout the process, Ryan spent a lot of time with me and was very patient with all my questions. Ryan is an experienced, dedicated, and honest sales consultant who wants you to be happy and comfortable with your purchase. He goes above and beyond to accomplish this. He was patient, gave me suggestions and his sincere advise but was in no way pushy. He even helped me find the best insurance that worked for me. Natalie Sena, in BDC was extremely nice and informative. I was able to have an idea on prices for different models, before even stepping into the dealership.
