
I've been with Smythe Volvo since 1991 and have over thirty years experience in the automotive industry. The best part about working at Smythe Volvo is the local business feel of the company. Knowing almost every customer who walks into the shop is a great feeling. My favorite Volvo of all time was the C30. It was a small, fast and super-fun 2 door hatchback with a turbo 5 cylinder engine. When not at Smythe Volvo, you can find me kayaking or fishing somewhere in New Jersey.

Today I popped in to request help pairing a new phone to the Volvo app. Without an appointment I was teamed with Kay Shabazz who expertly, kindly and patiently walked me through the pairing process. He has a charming personality and generously offered other tips about the car to me. I left the dealer a very happy camper. Tom at the service desk connected me to Jay—much appreciated. My husband who has a bmw will be at Smythe next wheel for wheel repair. We are fans. More
