Fabio was very friendly and warm from the start, and was understanding of my needs and genuinely wanted to help find something that would work for me Fabio was very friendly and warm from the start, and was understanding of my needs and genuinely wanted to help find something that would work for me. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to hurry the process along; in fact, at a certain point I needed to press pause for a few days on the car buying due to some financial issues that had come up, and he was SO understanding. Everyone that works there seems approachable and friendly. I left with a brand new 2024 Crosstrek and I've been LOVING it! It also feels great to know that the team has my back on any car issues I may have for the next few years. Thanks Cityside! More
