Always friendly with great service. I been driving Toyota’s since 1975 and always looked forward to the next new model advancements. I owned many 4Runners starting in 1990 their a great I been driving Toyota’s since 1975 and always looked forward to the next new model advancements. I owned many 4Runners starting in 1990 their a great vehicle but they fell behind the competition In technology. For that reason I recently bought a new Cadillac XT6 . Toyota needs to redesign the 4Runner It’s too old school I’m sorry to say . My 2018Tacoma is a great truck I love it and look forward to Another one when the time comes .Hopefuly it will be competitively better than ever . I’ve bought and leased over 15 Toyota new vehicles over the years . More

I have been leasing my RAV 4 for almost 3 years~ not once did they ever wash it~ I don't like that...really is not a nice way to treat a customer~ I have heard other Toyota leaser say that they have had thei did they ever wash it~ I don't like that...really is not a nice way to treat a customer~ I have heard other Toyota leaser say that they have had their vehical washed~ maybe only the young chicks More

Great people! I was traveling back to NY from Philadelphia with my seven year old when part of the bumper on our Toyota Prius came loose. I pulled off the road and I was traveling back to NY from Philadelphia with my seven year old when part of the bumper on our Toyota Prius came loose. I pulled off the road and into Toyota of Scranton just as they were closing up to go to their annual holiday party. Mary Jo and Tom opened up the shop and gave me a temporary repair (free of charge!) that got us safely home. I am so grateful for their kindness and generosity. More
