Quick friendly service and I appreciated the car wash I needed quick service and everyone was very nice and helpful. The free car wash was an added bonus with coffee and treats . Great Service I had an appointment to get a part for the transfer box. Toyota loaned me a vehicle as they thought it would take a day to finish. I got a telephone I had an appointment to get a part for the transfer box. Toyota loaned me a vehicle as they thought it would take a day to finish. I got a telephone call around 3pm that my vehicle was fixed. I was thrilled that it was completed so fast. Thanks to the service team who worked on my car. More

JAMES BROWN IS THE REASON WHY I COME BACK. Service manager James brown is a great guy who makes sure the customer comes first. Beware of sales because I was sold a Lexus that end up needing a n Service manager James brown is a great guy who makes sure the customer comes first. Beware of sales because I was sold a Lexus that end up needing a new engine or rebuild. What I will say is sales in my opinion is shady but the service department is number 1 in my book. James Brown went above & beyond to get the Lexus fixed but the work that service did was over $3,000 (Note) nothing came out of my pocket, Toyota ate the bill. The Lexus check engine kept coming back on. So what Toyota did was buy the car back, paid off the bank and gave me another selection in that same price range which I settled for a Toyota Camry. Wish I could've gotten another Lexus but I was just fed up with the process of my credit having to be ran again which my score went down more in order for me to get the Toyota. (Wasn't happy about that!) I will say that Toyota gave me a loaner pickup while they was trying to fix the Lexus. The Camry runs 100% so far in the 5 days I had it but I still wish I was able to have another Lexus! Big difference in the Luxury aspect. Would I buy another car at Toyota? Probably, knowing that service is top of the line! THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! In sales there's a young kid that looks like a fake Steven Segel😂 I don't know his name but he seems to not care much weather you buy a car or not. And I have a hand held scanner and when I hooked it up to the Lexus when I got it home it showed that the check engine light was cleared that same day. Not blaming anyone but just seemed odd that it was cleared the day I set the appointment to purchase the vehicle. More
