Thanks to Harvey Nyien today 9/27/16. He was our salesman two years ago when we purchased a 2014 Camry XLE. I have been having issues with my tires for more than the past nine months. Started noticing vibration and annoying noise around 17k miles. Had checked at 19k and it was confirmed the tires were defective but Bridgestone wouldn't do anything and this dealership only offered minimal dollar assistance. Had reason to bring car in for tire losing air today. While browsing the showroom I saw and greeted Harvey. He still remembered me. After brief owner dissatisfaction conversation Harvey was able to waive the cost of todays repair and introduced me to the Service manager where we were able to mutually agree on a tire replacement at 27k miles. Thanks to Harvey, customer satisfaction is his major priority.
