When we mentioned we might go look at other places, his friendliness didn't waver and he didn't go to a hard sell, just reminded us that sedans don't last long on the lot (which is quite true and we knew it--we were shocked they actually had the exact car I was interested in.) I defintely recommend Zimmerman Honda (and Tony) and won't hesitate to go back if we are ever in the market again. More
