Our Five Star rep, Darrell Cooper (on his day off) made this one of the easiest and efficient purchases I’ve been through. The last place I want to spend my day is at a car dealership! Darrell knew this and in under an hour I was on my way back to Austin in the exact Crosstrek we wanted! We’ve had 3 other Subarus in the past, great cars, but the dealership also makes a huge difference! Darell was a significant factor in making the drive up to Grapevine. Corbin kept the transactional side quick as well. I got to meet Tony (the GM), who kept the intro brief knowing I was in a hurry. Ultimately, Five Star had the inventory with precisely what we wanted and were able to get us taken care of without a hitch. P.S. Darrell, thanks again for having the Five Star team keep the shipping materials on the car. It made for the perfect “gift wrap” when I got it home and handed our daughter the keys! More
