Dave Brunk was our sales rep. We found him to be very pleasant and helpful. No pressure and best of all he really was knowledgeable about the particular used vehicle we were interested in. Even after we had agreed to the purchase he continued to demonstrate its features so that we would have a safe nighttime trip home ( about 100 miles). With the help of Tony Iannicola we were able to get all the paperwork done so that we didn't have to come back that distance to pick up the Forester. More

Buying a car is stereotypically a miserable experience. That has not been my experience with Lou Fusz— this is the third car we have bought from a LF dealership. He was knowledgeable, warm, and delivered on what he promised. To do this all in the corona virus pandemic to boot, speaks volumes. Extra precautions, ease of using digital means for the negotiation, first view of car and financing paperwork part meant there was minimal time needed at the dealership. Very impressive. Dave has since followed up. At the end of the day, you will feel taken care of. Well done. More
