As part of the sales process, we met with Traci to go over the financing and warranty options and she was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and pleasant to boot. Then we met with Jack again to go over the final details and he helped with our initial setup to go home in our new car. All in all, we feel good about the car, the personnel and the deal. And we found one of the charities they donate to because of our purchase was one we personally donate to. More

Before making our final decision several visits were made to this dealership. At no time did I feel pressured by Anthony. He answered a lot of questions and worked hard on my behalf. I appreciate everything he did on my behalf. The general manager is hands on and made everything run smoothly through my purchase and trade of my old vehicle. He was also outstanding in my opinion. Thank you for making the impossible happen. Finally it should be noted that the finance manager Traci was very organized and was able to move me through the closing process quickly while covering every base regarding the options available. He spent a great deal of time with me going over the features of the car since my old car was over 7 years old and didn't have any "bells and whistles."
