Wonderful Experience We are an older, retired couple who came looking for an Outback and Chris Smith gave us a thorough explanation of the different features that are ava We are an older, retired couple who came looking for an Outback and Chris Smith gave us a thorough explanation of the different features that are available and how they may add to our driving experience. We are not high tech women and appreciated his patience to explain and show us the features as many times as we asked. We went for a test drive and he pointed out how these features worked so we had first hand knowledge. There was no pressure to buy and when we wanted more time to think about it, he was very supportive. We came back with a higher quote on our trade in from another source and he was able to increase his offer so it was more equitable. After we made up our minds and bought the car, he very patiently went over the features (again), synced my phone with the bluetooth and showed us how everything worked (again). We also saw Traci Roberts in finance who went over all the options we could choose from and what they covered. Again there was no pressure to buy and she had a lot of patience explaining everything. She was a joy to work with. After almost 4 hours we drove off in our wonderful new car and lived to tell the tale. WHEW...a very thorough experience! We have purchased several cars in our lifetime and this was by far the best, most thorough experience. More
