Excellent service We received the best service we have ever received at a new car dealership. The employees were outstanding and understood our wants and desires. There was no high pressure to buy and Kevin was very willing to show us all models of Subaru's in stock. We had not planned on buying but after looking over the inventory and prices we decided to go ahead a buy a Forester. Kevin was very professional and quick getting every thing together and the paperwork to Traci. Both personnel we exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle and were able to show and give us all of the information we needed about the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and the Subaru over any other dealership or car I have ever bought. More

They Stepped Up to the Plate Now days it's rare to find Companies or individuals who are willing to "step up to the plate", especially when they make an honest mistake. In my perception I believe that Tucson Subaru dealership did just that, then not only did they take responsibility for an honest mistake they went beyond expectations and gave me a very good exchange. I didn't have to beg or plead my case. Marco's Romero in the service department was honest and "frank" about the problem. Sean Johnson again was professional, "Managed up his co-workers and explained in detail and gave evidence with every question I asked of him. Traci Roberts gave excellent advice and did the footwork to help me get an even better percentage rate than I started with on my first loan. Tim Hanson explained "Car financing lingo" in detail and "managed Up" his fellow co-workers. As a side note: the facility is clean, well managed, great free coffee, drinks and snacks. Steve Willis was very courteous. Tucson Subaru supports many different Charities like the Human Society, Cancer Society, Youth on their Own and more. Everyone is very professional, from the front desk to the service and Parts departments. I can honestly say I had a lovely experience. I Love my Subaru! I can't wait to name her! More

"Great car, great staff" Day before yesterday, I bought a 2016 Forester from Tucson Subaru. Besides having a superior product, Tucson Subaru staff really "gets" customer serv Day before yesterday, I bought a 2016 Forester from Tucson Subaru. Besides having a superior product, Tucson Subaru staff really "gets" customer service. In the past, I have had negative experiences at other dealers from male sales people who were patronizing or talking "down to me" just because I'm female. Not so at this dealership! The sales person who helped me, Kevin Gribble, was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Same with the sales manager, Terry, and the finance person, Traci. When you have a great car and good, capable people, what's not to love? More

Chris S. was up front and without a doubt followed through. When we arrived to pick the car up, most of the paperwork was already finished. Traci in financing was thorough in explaining our options and super friendly. I LOATHE buying cars because it's always a hassle and a headache. I usually spend two hours at a dealership and ultimately leave exhausted and frustrated. This was not the case at Tucson Subaru. I highly recommend this dealership. Linda, Phoenix More
