We were able to put deposit down and drive from Gilbert to Tucson on the next Saturday. When we arrived and saw the truck it was described exactly perfect, we had no surprises. Could not be happier. CJ, our salesman was great to work with, very personable. When we were in finance, which also was a great experience, Traci Roberts was awesome, CJ took the time to go to our old car, pull off some stickers that meant a lot to my wife and reapply them to her new truck! It's the little things that count. Would definitely buy from them again! 100 miles is nothing if you get this kind of service! More

He made every effort to ensure our comfort and enjoyment while we engaged in a superbly guided discovery of the Subaru Outback. We felt like explorers discovering a new way to own and enjoy an automobile. This was no utilitarian experience, nor was it a massage of our egos. It was an authentically engaged and enthusiastic mutual discovery of our love of the outdoors, of driving, of living out loud and sharing that adventure with our golden retriever, Max. CJ embodies the enthusiasm and care that we enjoy with our greatest friends and associates. He is a well spring of wisdom, knowledge and hands on experience. Admittedly, it took a while to allow him in, so to speak. We had our defensive guards up - the one that we reserve when in the presence of overly enthusiastic people who seem to want something that you are not prepared to give. The excellence in his service was in allowing us to be however we were and then in encouraging us along. In short, he gave us a lot of room to discover and ultimately to commit. even we were surprised and, of course, delighted by our own enthusiasm for this magnificent piece of engineering, this really wonderful car. It appears ONLY Finance Department personnel are authorized to describe available extended warranty and additional coverage/maintenance service options, and that they are ONLY authorized to do so at the time the customer takes delivery of the vehicle. It appears the protocol requires that the customer make the decision to purchase these things on the day of delivery. Subaru and Subaru dealerships must be proud of their ability to offer their customers worthwhile products and services. What's good for the customer is good for Subaru. This must be true. If so, it seems beneficial to offer customers a break down of the cost benefit analysis of these available extended warranty options and additional coverage/maintenance service options well ahead of the day of delivery so the customer has sufficient time to consider the options. One possible option is to allow the sales department to provide potential buyers with a handout that shows the cost benefit analysis of these things answering the questions "how much does it cost now and how much could it save me in the future." More

He even brought my selected model to my house, just to make sure it would fit in my small converted carport garage--it did! My car was chosen from an incoming shipment, and when it came in, he made sure I got to drive it before taking it, answered another 50 or so questions, efficiently processed the paperwork, and made this a very pleasant car-buying experience. I also want to compliment Traci Roberts, who did the purchasing paperwork, for her knowledge, efficiency, and helpfulness. There were others I dealt with during the buying process, and everyone was most friendly and helpful. I am so glad we have this great dealership in Tucson. More
