Jack is a totally honest and completely no-pressure sales person who can be counted on to be well-informed and professional at all times. I have also recommended Jack to many of my students and friends, and he has been very helpful to them as well. Jack is a real gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. I have also had excellent experiences with Dan Ford, one of the service reps at Tucson Subaru. Over the past nine years, he has consistently provided top-notch service and advice. She was a joy to work with, She set up the appointment with Traci Roberts in finance so that I would not have to wait. Traci is spot on with knowledge and a great gift of humor, which is very helpful when discussing programs and paperwork. I was very impressed with the dealership, and all personnel that I saw seemed very happy to work there. All personnel that I saw were fit and trim and were very well dressed.
