The sales agent allowed plenty of time for me to experience driving the Forester in a variety of situations that gave me a feel for the handling and acceleration it was capable of. Traci was pleasant & helpful explaining paperwork & "add-ons", making this tedious & confusing process relatively simple. Kevin took time to personally introduce us to Kristen in service, who conveniently arranged for protective coating to be applied before we picked up car the next day. He even facilitated a solution when I was baffled by a mechanical/technical issue in our new Outback that I hadn't experienced in our Forester. We are now a "2 Su" family, & we'd have a whole fleet if we could:) THANKS Kevin, Traci & Kristen - & Rocky...we took the roses to Mom, who may be in the market for a car...see you soon! More
