All of our associates try very hard to provide our customers with a friendly, informative and hassle free experience when visiting our dealership. We apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations and sincerely hope you will allow us another opportunity earn your business. Subaru has only recently released the first allocation of the 2017 Legacy and unfortunately we only received a very few. Demand is high and production always seems to be slow at the beginning of the new model year. Many of our customers like ordering their custom built Subaru and we encourage them to order when available inventory does not fit their needs and wants. Ordering does not pose a problem for us and we take orders regularly. Some customers do not want to or cannot wait the 6-10 weeks for delivery. We also have a good relationship with other regional Subaru dealerships and are able in trade inventory with them. Hopefully these options were explained to you. If you have any questions we will be happy to discuss these and other options with you. We provide our appraisal team with a number of vehicle appraising tools to assist in estimating fair trade allowances on customer trade-in vehicles. Some manufacturers, including Toyota, offer cash incentives to their dealers on some or all of their new models. These incentives can be used to off-set trade-in values. Subaru does not provide manufacturer cash incentives so our appraisals on trade-ins are based on true market value. Crews Subaru Certified Product Specialists and Management team strives to provide all of our customers with an excellent experience. Maybe if your personnel had made a minutia of an attempt to locate the automobile I desired I would have a tendency to believe you. I located another automobile and will be receiving my car tomorrow. The car was ordered Friday from another dealership. The old adage, 'first impressions are lasting impressions' prevails in this case. Thanks for your response. BTW, received a trade value of $2000 more than you offered and an additional $2800 discount from the Toyota dealer.
