Great experience I had been looking for a used Mazda Miata roadster. I spotted a possible find at Crews on the internet. Gave them a call and talked to Tracie, She I had been looking for a used Mazda Miata roadster. I spotted a possible find at Crews on the internet. Gave them a call and talked to Tracie, She enlisted Nina to help, and she promptly texted me more pictures and the model details that I was looking for. I made the decision on this information to travel with the wife the 100 miles the next day to check out this specimen (they said they would hold it for me until I could see it). It turned out to be the gem that I had been hunting for and the decision was easy. Nina was most pleasant and made us comfortable with the buying process. Carmelo smoothly took care of the business end. Drove off with this cool maroon two-seater and couldn't be happier. More

I dealt with multiple people at Crews, from friendly emails with Tracie in Internet Sales to straight-shooting conversations with Rhett at the dealership and over the phone, and on the day I bought our new Outback, Jerry and Pam also went out of their way to help me get into the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. At every step of the process, the staff and management of Crews Subaru were always willing to go just one step farther than my expectations. This is the way car buying ought to be Once we decided to check out Subaru, we started with the Crews website. The site has better search features than most I've encountered. This made it Once we decided to check out Subaru, we started with the Crews website. The site has better search features than most I've encountered. This made it easy to find vehicles with the features and options we were interested in. When we asked for an internet quote, Tracie was quick to respond. We set up a time for a test drive, and when we arrived, the keys for the vehicles we were interested in were already pulled and ready. Rhett handled the in-person test drive and sales negotiation. He is, without a doubt, the best car salesperson we've ever worked with. During the test drive, he made sure we had the opportunity to evaluate the car in a variety of road and traffic conditions. He never pressured or rushed us in our decision-making. The paperwork part of buying a car is never fun, but Carmelo kept it moving along and clearly explained each form and option--again without pressing us to add anything we didn't want. In all, we were well satisfied with the experience and would recommend this dealership. More

Great experience After much research, I had decided to buy a Subaru Forester. I got a reasonable price over the phone and started the financing application on line S After much research, I had decided to buy a Subaru Forester. I got a reasonable price over the phone and started the financing application on line Saturday, Ralph Hunt called me within an hour of my submission. I explained my desire to come on Monday to check it out. Monday was the last day of 0% interest. Ralph met me at the door, we talked about my wants and deal breakers.. He introduced me to Josh and made sure I got the deal I wanted. After price agreement he handed me off to Pam who handled all the financing details. She was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. You can tell she enjoys her job. With papers signed the car was sent for clean up and Ralph reviewed all the options, manuals, and contacted my insurance. Once the car was ready Ralph carefully reviewed all the features of the car while sitting in the car. He made sure everything was right, even moving the cross bar so it didn't interfere with the panoramic moon roof. Great experience all the way thru. Thanks, Tracie, Ralph, Josh, and Pam for making my Subaru dream a reality More
