Jimmy Ellis was very responsive, courteous and very respectful to my wife, two daughters and I. I would only deal with him again. I do wish they had offered to have their body shop take care of all the little scratches I saw there and when I got home. Overall a good experience. More

I had purchased a car from Heritage Toyota through Chuck Heingartner before, so when I needed to find my next vehicle (a very specific model of Tacoma) I knew Heritage was the place and Chuck was the person that would get it done for me. The whole process was seamless, I told them what I was looking for during one call and after a little bit of searching and legwork on their end, they nailed it and delivered on the perfect truck! Once the search was over and it was time to get into the nitty-gritty details of the paperwork the whole experience was very comfortable and friendly. While I was thoroughly informed about all the options, added warranties, and extras I could add to the truck I was never pressured into any of them. At the end of the day after becoming better educated about my options it was my decision on what to purchase and the whole team was cool and helpful throughout the entire process. I really liked the opportunity to Pre-register for service online the day prior to my appointment. It gave me the opportunity to communicate all of the details regarding what my car needed and gave me confidence it would be completed. Drop off couldn’t have been easier! I drove right past the long line of cars waiting for an in person drop off, parked my car, put my keys in the box, and went on to my day. My service tech, Kyle, texted me throughout the day with updates. I paid my bill online when my car was done, and it was waiting for me all ready to go when I picked it up. Originally I had anxiety about getting my car serviced because I am immunocompromised and need to be really careful, but my anxieties are completely gone. Thank you Heritage!!! More
