Rafael is amazing, plain and simple. He is super responsive, he answered the phone every time I called. He’s honest. He’s personable. Rafael is knowledgeable about the vehicles. I cannot say enough about how he treated my daughter and me - he was kind, made sure we knew what was going on at all times, and he cared about us, that was quite evident. We live in Montana and Rafael gave us recommendations where to have dinner. Rafael texted me the next day to be sure we made it home safe and to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. I had an issue with my title work and Rafael had it taken care of within minutes and called me back to verify I received his email. Rafael will be my go-to person from here on out, if I need to purchase a vehicle, and I will spread the word. Thanks, Rafael, you have a friend in me! More

Mike and Richard were awesome in Aug of 2021 when that helped me get into a used truck after going through a bankruptcy. I can’t say how awesome my experience was. purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GS Coupe on November 20th. The sale went great, no issues with that as Tyson and Shane were awesome to work with. My issue is the lack of integrity by selling a vehicle 20th. The sale went great, no issues with that as Tyson and Shane were awesome to work with. My issue is the lack of integrity by selling a vehicle with major issues. I recently replaced the front rotors and pads and noticed both ball joint boots are torn. I also noticed a smell of coolant in the cabin of the car indicating a heater core issue. After about a half hour yesterday morning I found the coolant leak. It is right at the motor inlet where the outlet heater hose is clamped. Another issue, the engine has a lower end tick/knock which indicates piston slap as this engine has a known defect and Hyundai has settled a class action lawsuit over it. Obviously had I known this would be how Larry H Miller Toyota sells used cars I would have never purchased this vehicle. 1/18/2022 I have replaced both lower control arms and heater hoses on my own dime. 2/11/2022 I have confirmed the engine cylinders were scored from piston slap with a bore scope. 2/15/2022 I was fortunate enough to trade the Elantra for a 2019 Toyota Corolla at AutoNation Toyota for what I currently owed. Still lost nearly $5500 between dealership mark up, taxes/registration, and parts. More

Where do I start?? From keeping my truck for 3 days shy of 3 weeks, to him dropping the ball several times by ordering wrong parts, to the text message he left me from his personal cell that he gave me, ab of 3 weeks, to him dropping the ball several times by ordering wrong parts, to the text message he left me from his personal cell that he gave me, about what a terrible customer and person I am. I was never dishonest about how I damaged my truck. He gave me multiple different quotes with all of the wrong parts. Admitted and then later lied about damaging my Fender Flare on my truck. I have pictures/videos of my truck before it was taken to the dealership. I have tons of text messages between Andrew and I. He continually promised things that he could not deliver on. AVOID THIS GUY AND THIS DEALERSHIP!! here is the text that he left me: For one this is my personal number and you bugging me on my day off doesnt make me want to continue to be on your side. The truck either gets done today or tomorrow. You broke your truck and werent honest from the get go on how it happened. Personally you have been a really difficult customer to deal with so i say tomorrow is the best course of action as i am done dealing with your attitude and your me first attitude. You have had a second vehicle to use this whole time and dont need your truck back as you have the day off. You can pick your truck up tomorrow, ill order you a Lyft ride back to the dealer and deal with you tomorrow. Have a nice rest of your night Michael. More
