It all started with a great recommendation from Megan Ramberg, who put me in touch with RJ. RJ threw the sweet alley oop to Jared and it was like watching D Wade throw that famous lob to Lebron. The service was top tier, they went above and beyond to make a dream come true! This cowboy finally got his dream pickup truck! To say I am thankful would be an understatement. Hats off to the whole staff especially Alex, her energy is unmatched and a super special thank you to the GM Trey. If you are the person that reads reviews before you go to a dealership, trust me when I say it.. "The Five Star in Carrollton is the only place you should be getting a Ford from!" That was not a paid advertisement. They make things happen and the service is amazing! More

The result was an awesome experience from a Sales Management perspective with Trey Russell and R.J. Rebolloso actively supporting my Sales Consultant David Baldovin. They all worked flawlessly to make my transition to a new 2020 Ford Escape and I greatly appreciated the team effort that exceeded my expectations. More

Service and New sale I took my Truck in to have the three required recalls performed and ended up have to go back three separate times to get the issues that the service t I took my Truck in to have the three required recalls performed and ended up have to go back three separate times to get the issues that the service team created fixed. After the recalls were completed. I was give my truck back with a broken passenger window button and a door that would not shut completely. Both issues were because of poor handling and care when fixing the recalls. Ken in service was probably the only positive part of my experience. After my initial visit to fix the recalls, I was contacted by a sales rep about trading in/purchasing another vehicle. I was happy with my truck but figured it couldn't hurt. After weeks of getting the run around from multiple sales members and over promising and under delivering, I missed out on the truck I wanted. It took me reaching out on multiple occasions to even get a response. On top of that, I told the sales reps what I wanted my payments to be and they still wasted my time with vehicles that were 20k+ outside of what I was looking for. I would not recommend this dealership. It is a black eye on the ford name. More

We talked to Todd C. on the phone before going in, and he had two trucks ready and waiting for us to look at/test drive. We picked one, and were able to get everything taken care of within just an hour or so. We didn't get to drive it home, as we had a few accessories we wanted added - were helped by Alex B. and are so happy with our choices. Everyone we dealt with at Sam Pack Carrollton was a total pleasure, nothing but professionalism and friendliness. We definitely recommend this Ford dealership! More

THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES We rented an F150 for 2 weeks to see if we would like owning one. Had checked a few other dealerships closer to home but felt they were not listening We rented an F150 for 2 weeks to see if we would like owning one. Had checked a few other dealerships closer to home but felt they were not listening to us regarding what we wanted or were not willing to work with us on a deal. We were on a road trip and listening to Car Pros on the radio and took a chance that they would give us guidance on where to go for a good car buying experience. I received an email from them telling us to get up with Trey at Sam Pack, we did and we received correspondence from Reuben who read my list of requirements and wants. He kept in contact with us all week while we were gone and had Terry Smith working on getting us the vehicle of our dreams. The truck we rented was great, but our new F150 XLT is amazing! Much better than we thought we were gonna get. We got back from our road trip, asked if they could put the spray on bedliner in so when we came up we could take it home that day. They made it happen. We came in on Monday afternoon, the truck was sitting in the shade, freshly detailed, perfect condition, beautiful. A woman opened the door for us at the dealership, asked if we were there to see anyone in particular, told her and she proceeded to let the woman at the front desk know the name. She announced the name and before we could turn around Reuben was there, hand out to shake ours, offered us waters, took us to his desk, filled out a couple pieces of information, then took us to Terry Smith who finished that paperwork for us. Trey Russell popped in to say Hi and introduce himself to us, and shake our hands. Reuben checked in on us a few times over the next 45 minutes or so. We went to the man in the office where we completed the financial portion of the deal, was offered an extended warranty, which we took. Then Terry showed us our truck with all the bells and whistles and got us on our way. A class act all the way! We have never had that great of an experience ever. We will be driving back to Carrollton for all our scheduled maintenance, and will have the truck towed up there if it ever breaks down. They have called us a few times in the past week to make sure we are happy with our new truck and that they have taken care of all our needs. CLASS ACT! More
