THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES We rented an F150 for 2 weeks to see if we would like owning one. Had checked a few other dealerships closer to home but felt they were not listening We rented an F150 for 2 weeks to see if we would like owning one. Had checked a few other dealerships closer to home but felt they were not listening to us regarding what we wanted or were not willing to work with us on a deal. We were on a road trip and listening to Car Pros on the radio and took a chance that they would give us guidance on where to go for a good car buying experience. I received an email from them telling us to get up with Trey at Sam Pack, we did and we received correspondence from Reuben who read my list of requirements and wants. He kept in contact with us all week while we were gone and had Terry Smith working on getting us the vehicle of our dreams. The truck we rented was great, but our new F150 XLT is amazing! Much better than we thought we were gonna get. We got back from our road trip, asked if they could put the spray on bedliner in so when we came up we could take it home that day. They made it happen. We came in on Monday afternoon, the truck was sitting in the shade, freshly detailed, perfect condition, beautiful. A woman opened the door for us at the dealership, asked if we were there to see anyone in particular, told her and she proceeded to let the woman at the front desk know the name. She announced the name and before we could turn around Reuben was there, hand out to shake ours, offered us waters, took us to his desk, filled out a couple pieces of information, then took us to Terry Smith who finished that paperwork for us. Trey Russell popped in to say Hi and introduce himself to us, and shake our hands. Reuben checked in on us a few times over the next 45 minutes or so. We went to the man in the office where we completed the financial portion of the deal, was offered an extended warranty, which we took. Then Terry showed us our truck with all the bells and whistles and got us on our way. A class act all the way! We have never had that great of an experience ever. We will be driving back to Carrollton for all our scheduled maintenance, and will have the truck towed up there if it ever breaks down. They have called us a few times in the past week to make sure we are happy with our new truck and that they have taken care of all our needs. CLASS ACT! More

Jeff was very congenial, attentive, and encouraged us to communicate our wish list for our new Edge. We got just about everything we hoped for, and we are very pleased with our new Edge. Jeff made every effort to make our experience as pleasant as possible. Without hesitation, we would recommend and refer others to Jeff. (Mr. Russell, and Mr McCarroll were very gracious, but other than being introduced to them, we had very little direct contact with them.) I highly recommend Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford in Carrollton to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. I was skeptical at first I live two hours away but it was well worth the drive up there. They will be the only dealer I deal with in the future and the only dealership I recommend!! I highly recommend using Jeff "flash" Flaishans as your salesman. He was super friendly always had a smile even on the phone you could hear the smile on his face in the way he talked. I had to drive by myself with my two kids two hours into an area I'm not familiar with let alone a large city I'm not used to driving in (I'm from the country lol) and Jeff kept in contact with me the entire time. He offered to come find me if I got lost. Lol, thankfully I didn't get lost. But the customer service is the best I've seen in a long time. My kids even named our car after him "The Flash" lol!!
