I can't say enough positive things about Troy at used car service. His customer service is spot on. First, I applaud his communication. He gives an upfront estimate. If time frame of repair could change, or does change he notifies the customer. Honesty is also a big part of his service approach. I have several examples of this, but one recently is when a check engine light MIGHT have been triggered by a recent repair and loosening of a sensor. Troy did not feel right charging for that occasion and I greatly appreciated that honestly. It's always good to find that quality at a repair shop. I highly recommend Troy and his team at Southern Team used car service! More
