Bayside Jeep provides top of the line service. The service department goes above and beyond to make sure your car is in good hands. In addition, Bob took care of my truck and made sure I was see The service department goes above and beyond to make sure your car is in good hands. In addition, Bob took care of my truck and made sure I was seen quickly and efficiently. Christian Barrett went above and beyond to help and make sure I was safe and kept me updated on everything going on with my truck. He even dropped me off at the rental place to make sure all ran smooth. Even Louis in service was polite and caring. Had full vip service. I can’t thank the team enough. Their Factory trained service technician broke the tabs off my steering wheel that held the airbag in place. They try to tell me that the stereo was broken before they got it not realizing there was a came off my steering wheel that held the airbag in place. They try to tell me that the stereo was broken before they got it not realizing there was a camera in my car that recorded The technician bash my exterior wheel with a screwdriver and rubber mallet to disconnect the airbag. And they still didn't perform any of the recalls. Bob told me I had to pay for the new steering wheel myself even after I showed him the video of his Tech bashing my steering wheel with a screwdriver and mallet. They had my car for nearly a month. They never ordered any of the parts that they broke file the complaint with corporate and after I filed a complaint with corporate Bob refuses to talk to me over the phone and when I've gone into the dealership the people at the advisors desk tell me that Bob's not there . Even though he walked past me on the sales floor without noticing me. He said that his team was doing me a favor by even doing the federally mandated recalls on my car. He told me my car is old and I should buy a new one Even though the dealership called me six different times To buy my car from me I emailed corporate the recorded conversations where Bob is being belligerent and dismissive even after being confronted with the video from inside my car More
