Tyler Klein helped me with the whole process from trading my car in to helping me get the keys, and Denise in finance was great as well. Even though it’s only been a couple days I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and your team helped make it a smooth process. It was nice running into Tim Sterling during the process as he sold me my previous Escape about three years prior. He’s another great salesman. I wanted to mention also that Tyler (that works in the shop at the front desk) is and has always been helpful as well. I just don’t remember his last name but I wanted to mention him.
