From the moment we arrived on the lot we were warmly greeted by anyone we spoke to. Our salesperson, Cindy, took her time listening to exactly what I wanted and made sure to find a vehicle that had all my requests. She and the manager, Justin, really took the time to sit down with me and answers all of my questions on pricing, lease options, and the different extra available. I also really appreciated the great service I received from Tyler in finance. He answered my questions and I never felt pressured to add on extras I didn't want. I left with a beautiful 2017 RAV4 that was within my budget and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland to anyone looking for a great vehicle and stress free experience. More
